Part 75, Docket No. CRM 103; AG Order No. 2765-2005, and published in the Federal Register on May 24, 2005, Volume 70, Number 99, Rules and Regulations, page 29607 – 29622 you are hereby notified that the records required by USC Title 18 §2275 and/or 28 C.F.R. 75 will be available for inspection during the hours posted below per week and that the Custodian of Records does not maintain traditional normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Therefore pursuant to the promulgated rules, please take notice that the Custodian of Records reserves the right to amend and/or modify the hours which the records are available per week from time to time. In the event of any such modification of said hours, the available hours will be posted in advance. In no event will the available hours per week be less than twenty hours. Furthermore once posted said hours shall remain in effect until the date of any future notice modifying said hours is posted.
